Each paid term starts when the signed payment confirmation makes your approved listing live. One payment per listing; no recurring billing. Paid placement does not guarantee leads, bookings or a rental.
Before you submit
- Owners must have authority to advertise. Brokers must provide their licensed brokerage name and New York license number; ads must comply with 19 NYCRR §175.25, including brokerage identification and approval requirements.
- Provide the rental permit or registry number your town or village issued. Homes without one cannot be listed.
- Town and village permit, occupancy and minimum-stay requirements still apply. Confirm them with the relevant municipality. We do not accept terms stating fewer than 30 nights.
- Provide accurate asking rent, a rental term and at least one photo you may use. Housing-discriminatory language, commercial rentals and missing required information block submission.
- JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB each. Remove GPS/location metadata before upload. Your street stays private unless you tick “show street.”
