Your shortlist lives in your browser only.

If you sign in, we store your email address and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 60 days; codes and the cookie are stored only as one-way hashes. If you send an inquiry, we pass your name, email, phone number, dates and message to the broker or owner of that home, and keep a copy so a failed delivery can be seen and fixed. Sign out at any time from a listing page; write to us from the About page to have your account and inquiries deleted.

If you send a report or removal request, we store your message and the email address you give, only to act on it and reply. We also keep a one-way scrambled code of your network address for one hour, only to limit repeated submissions; it is deleted after that hour and the address itself is never stored.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs and privacy-friendly traffic counts. We use Google Analytics to count visits and which pages are read; it sets Google’s analytics cookies, receives the page address without any search or sign-in details, and is never given your name, email or messages. Each page view and delivered inquiry is also counted, without cookies, by Liberty Design Studio, which runs this site: we send the page path, the referring site’s domain and a random code that lasts only while the tab is open, never your name, email, messages or search details.
